• Carolina CULTIVATE: Mentored 6-8 first-year student-athletes over the course of 6 workshops and presented curriculum, facilitated discussion, and modeled leadership

• Carolina ACCELERATE: Accelerated leadership development with 80 student-athletes and 20 coaches in order to understand how to recognize and adapt behavioral tendencies in a leadership role
